We have just finished taste testing our new pie; a Turkey and Stuffing Pie with Cranberry Sauce!

Just in time for Christmas this pie is sure to be a winner with your customers.  As with all of our pies we only use the best ingredients.

First we roast a whole fresh turkey crown. Then we combine fresh sausage meat with our sage and onion stuffing mix to make the stuffing and bake. When baked we combine the turkey with the stuffing and fill the pies, not forgetting to add some seasoning and the cranberry sauce. All wrapped up in our great pastry.
