Designed with the busy food operator in mind, this gluten free liquor gravy mix has been manufactured to our liquor recipe for an authentic Goddard’s taste with maximum convenience.

Packed in 4kg tubs and 20kg bags this exclusive dry mix instant liquor saves time, adds convenience and costs less than fresh liquor. You no longer need to hold chilled or frozen stock. Keep the tub on the shelf in your kitchen for instant hot liquor that’s ready to serve in just a few minutes, just add boiling water and stir.

authentic Goddard’s taste with maximum convenience

With over 6 months of development time we have been careful to make this as close as possible to our freshly made parsley liquor. Whilst fresh is best it can sometimes be hard to work within the use by dates for fresh gravies and this causes waste. Our instant liquor can be used to make up just one portion of liquor if needed, removing waste completely.

The instant liquor is manufactured in the UK by a BRC accredited site with clear labelling.

Each 4kg tub should make approximately 200 servings of parsley liquor.

Of course we still offer the fresh liquor and the minced beef pies for Traditional pie and mash. However, this is an innovation within the pie and mash market that should allow many other food outlets far and wide to now offer this iconic London dish.
