Award winning range of handmade British pies

Here is our current range of savoury pies, each one is handmade on our premises.

Our pies are individually sized but are packed with filling and flavour. Encased in our own recipe pastry with a rough puff pastry lid. We mainly deliver these frozen unbaked (raw) but can accommodate orders which need a pre-baked pie. There’s also buffet and mini-buffet versions of some flavours, smaller but still handmade and good quality.

CHICKEN & MUSHROOM

Tender chunks of fresh British chicken breast cooked with fresh field and button mushrooms in a rich creamy sauce. This classic pie is enhanced with just a touch of tarragon and mustard.

CHICKEN BALTI

Our Chicken Balti Pie is made using fresh British chicken breast, onions and chillies which are slow cooked with a special blend of herbs and spices including cumin, chilli and garam masala to develop that wonderful balti flavour.
STEAK & KIDNEY

The Classic! Generous amounts of hand diced lean British chuck steak slow cooked with kidneys and onions in a rich gravy.
STEAK & ALE

Succulent and lean British chuck steak is first marinated in Old Speckled Hen ale for 24 hours to enhance it’s flavour, then slow cooked with fresh mushrooms and onions in a rich gravy.
STEAK & POTATO

Tender British chuck steak cooked with coarsely chopped potatoes and onions for a rich rustic taste.
LAMB & ROSEMARY

Hand diced leg of lamb slow cooked with fresh rosemary, onions and redcurrant sauce in a rich gravy.
MINCED BEEF

The 'pie & mash' pie. 100% fresh British minced beef in a delicious well seasoned gravy.

100% fresh British minced beef and chopped onions in a rich flavoursome gravy.
CHEDDAR CHEESE & ONION (V)
A combination of mature cheddar cheese and freshly chopped onions in a smooth creamy sauce. Suitable for vegetarians.
SOYA MINCE IN ONION GRAVY (V)

A well seasoned blend of soya mince and onions in a rich gravy. Suitable for vegans.
ROOT VEGETABLE (V)

Fresh carrots, parsnips, swede, potatoes and onions with a touch of rosemary and thyme. Suitable for vegetarians.
